ScreenFerry offers a 14-day refund window for first purchases.
Refunds Are Generally Granted For
- Duplicate purchase.
- Activation failure after reasonable troubleshooting.
- Product not materially as described.
- Unsupported macOS version when requirements were unclear.
Usually Not Refundable
- Unsupported Android OEM, ROM, USB, or network behavior after ScreenFerry functionality is confirmed.
- Failure to install Homebrew dependencies when requirements were clearly disclosed.
- License sharing or abuse.
During early access, goodwill refunds may be granted more broadly to reduce chargebacks and learn from customer issues.
